Hummingbird Hideaway
This well appointed vacation home is fully equipped for comfortable living, including a king master suite, guest bedroom, full feature kitchen, granite counter tops, tile showers, high speed internet, and more! The expansive decks give lots of space for spending lots of time relaxing outdoors.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses, silverware, and everything else needed to cook and eat your meals. All you need to do is bring food. A propane gas grill is available outside for grilling, so no need to bring charcoal.
1 King, 2 Twin Beds, and Sofa Bed
The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. The twin beds can be pulled together to make a king bed allowing for flexibility for couples or kids. A convertible sofa in the living room makes a full size bed. Clean linens and pillows are provided.
2 Full Bathrooms
THe master suite has its own bathroom and a half bathroom to serve the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have been upgraded to walk-in showers, glass doors, and comfort height toilets. Each is furnished with tile and granite for your comfort. Excellent water pressure to freshen up and relax after a full day of exploring the beauty of the island. Fluffy towels are provided to make that long shower even more relaxing. Just bring your personal care items and you should be good to go.
Washer & Dryer
High efficiency washer and dryer pair are in the house to wash the salt from those swimsuits. Remember to travel light since you only really need a few pair of shorts, t-shirts, and swim suits. Having the ability to do a quick load of laundry keeps the packing to a minimum. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.
High Speed Internet
Even on vacation most of us still want to stay connected. Strong wireless access with 20 mbs speed allows for streaming music, movies, or uploading those awesome pictures to social media. Working on vacation is discouraged for obvious reasons, but we know that the ability to connect and work in emergency situations can be critical.
Smart TV Equipped
A wide variety of channels are available on a smart TV in each bedroom with a 60" flat screen and DVD player in the living room. Apps on the TV's allow you to login and stream your favorite service including free movie providers like iMDb.
Club Membership
Your stay comes with a membership to the private Island Club facilities and activities complex which includes two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, access to free kayak and bicycle use, and much more! Relax by the pool, kayak around the mangroves, swim for a while - a true break from the pressure of daily life at home or the office.
Golf Cart
An electric golf cart is provided with each rental for transportation around the island. No gasoline engine vehicles are allowed on the island outside of maintenance and construction use, so electric is the only way to go. Additional golf carts are available if desired at an additional fee.

Where Are We Located?
North Captiva Island is a bridgeless, barrier island situated off the coast of southwest Florida. Our remote location requires a bit more planning to visit, but it is worth the effort.
